Frequently Asked Questions

• Is there a contract to sign and what is the term?
  • Both co-work subscriptions and office units run on a one year contract. BUT there is no penalty for early termination.  We request the courtesy of two weeks notice for flex tenants and one month for office tenants but if that's not possible, that's ok.  You'll pay for the month we're in at the time of exit and absolutely nothing further will be charged.
• Who are great candidates for our private office tenancy?
  • Accountants, Architects, Attorneys, Medical Billing, Real Estate Salespeople, Therapists and other similarly licensed professionals.
  • Dressmakers / Tailors
  • Outside sales offices
  • Midwives, licensed Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists
• Parking
  • There is parking for 10 cars in the lot on site and overflow parking is available just a half block away.  
• Private Conference Area
  • Our well appointed break room doubles as a private conference room available at no additional charge!  The schedule will post on our shared calendar and is only restricted between the hours of 12:30pm to 2pm so our members can comfortably enjoy their lunch hours.  Reservations are requested.
• Security
  • The entire building is equipped with alarms, cameras (exterior and interior) and central monitoring.  Office tenants will have their own code to the building and key to their individual office; the receptionist will be on site to open our doors for flex tenants at 8am sharp each weekday.
