Daily Drop In rate of $20 for access 8-5 with no subscription required!

We have a spacious area set up with both standing and seated work stations, lake views and shared copier~printer~scanner is waiting for you to pop in and get to work!  This package is offered at $250 per month for use weekdays during the hours of 8-5 and is inclusive of complimentary conference room in one hour increments and our stocked kitchenette.  Imagine your own private Starbucks with coffee, water cooler, light snacks and comfortable surroundings which are much more conducive to productivity than a crowded café!

Private Offices

Suite 1 - 75 sq ft RENTED! 

Suite 2 - 90 sq ft RENTED! 

Suite 3 - 90 sq ft RENTED! 

Suite 4 - 120 sq ft with picture window and view of the lake offered furnished on a per diem rate.

Included is the use of the complimentary conference room in one hour increments and our stocked kitchenette.  A receptionist and waiting area welcome customers and clients to your office with a smile!

All office lease tenants have access to The Collective for extended hours of 8-3 on weekends.  Requests for hours outside of these times are considered on a case by case basis.  Any time conflicts between tenants will be resolved as best as possible through use of other areas of the building.

Flex Hybrid Office - Ste 4

For our prospective tenants who would like an office with privacy and quiet but don't necessarily have need of a full month, we are pleased to offer a furnished suite on an ad hoc basis!  These shared space tenants will have access to a digital calendar in order reserve their days on a first come, first served basis.  Also included is use of the complimentary conference room in one hour increments and our stocked kitchenette.
